Custom typeface for the Bauhaus90 exhibition

I’m always curious, how can I solve a design problem with the less elements, colours and shapes. I did an experiment, how can I design a typeface on the smallest possible grid system. This is the 9 pixel grid. This typeface was created for the 90th birthday of Bauhaus. And was showed at first on the Bauhaus90 exhibition in the Institute of Applied Arts, Sopron. I created a hand cutted poster for this exhibition. After that I continued this playing with the grid and the pixels and I created a whole type family, with some weights and italic style.
